Warren Lodge Care Centre

Warren Lodge Care Centre is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care for up to 55 people, with 39 residents at inspection. The service supports older people and those living with dementia, organised across two units: the Main House and the Courtyard, which is specifically designed to meet the needs of people with dementia.

People experience safe care and protection from harm, with staff trained in safeguarding who understand how to recognise and report abuse. Staff effectively identify, assess and manage risks to residents safely, with assessments reviewed regularly.
