Vancouver Road

Vancouver Road provides care and support to seven people with learning disabilities. The service is designed to enable people to live full, meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence. People and their relatives reported feeling safe at the service. Staff supported people to take medicines safely and maintained adequate infection control processes to reduce harm. Staffing levels were sufficient to keep people safe and meet their needs. The home carried out holistic assessments and created person-centred plans tailored to each individual. Staff ensured people's nutritional and hydration needs were met and supported them to maintain a balanced diet.
