Trevone House

Trevone House provides accommodation and support for two young people requiring nursing or personal care, typically those needing additional support following mental health assessments or transitioning from secure accommodation. The service operates two well-being suites designed to meet these specific needs.

Since the last inspection, the registered manager has reviewed risk and medicine management plans for each resident, implemented safe infection control procedures, and developed quality assurance systems to monitor care quality. At the time of inspection, two young people were using the service.
