Horton House Residential Care Home provides accommodation and personal or nursing care for up to 24 people. The CQC rated the service good overall, following an assessment focused on how safe, caring and responsive it is.

Inspectors found people were supported by a familiar, well trained staff team who understood their needs and risks. People said they felt safe and were treated with respect, without discrimination or judgment, and staff at all levels understood their responsibility to report any concerns.
