Threen House Nursing Home

Threen House is a nursing home providing personal and nursing care and accommodation for up to 26 adults in a converted detached property. At inspection, 16 people were using the service.

The home had arrangements in place for preventing and controlling infection, but these were not applied consistently. Some records regarding the management of the service and staff employment had not been kept up to date. The systems for monitoring quality and making improvements were not always effective, as they had not enabled the registered manager to take timely action to address identified issues.
