The CQC rated the service good overall, an improvement on its previous requires improvement rating, finding that earlier breaches relating to safe care and governance had been resolved.

Inspectors found people lived in a safe, clean environment with enough suitable staff, effective care planning and safe medicines management. Staff were kind and caring, and people enjoyed a good range of activities. Residents and relatives spoke highly of the friendly atmosphere and approachable management.
