Thornfield Grange

Thornfield Grange accommodates up to 9 people with learning disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorder. All 9 supported residents were living at the service during the inspection.

The home provides accommodation and support tailored to individuals' needs within a single care package. Staff work to ensure residents have respect, equality, dignity, choices and independence, with good access to their local communities.
