The Willows

The Willows accommodates 61 people across two separate units, one of which specialises in providing care to people living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 50 people were living at the home. The service continues to provide good quality care, with evidence supporting the maintenance of its previous rating. Staff demonstrated commitment to delivering person-centred support across both units, ensuring residents received appropriate assistance tailored to their individual needs and circumstances.
