Adult Pathways 1

Adult Pathways 1 is a residential care home for 83 people (with capacity for 126) located at the David Lewis Centre in rural Cheshire. The service provides accommodation and personal care across eight houses of varying sizes.

During the inspection, inspectors found that people were not always supported to have maximum choice and control over their lives, and staff did not consistently support them in the least restrictive way possible or in their best interests. Although the service had policies and systems in place to support these principles, they were not always being followed in practice.
