This residential care home provides personal care and accommodation for up to 25 people aged 65 and older, with 22 residents at the time of inspection. People were happy living at the service and felt safe, with staff described as kind, considerate and respectful towards residents. Both residents and relatives felt there were sufficient staff available to meet their needs in a timely manner, though staff feedback on this was mixed.
The home had some gaps in safe recruitment practices for new staff, but the registered manager took immediate action to address these concerns.
