The Westwood

The Westwood is a residential care home supporting up to 3 people with learning disabilities and/or autistic people. Staff provide person-centred care that respects individuals' dignity and independence, engaging people in expressing their views and placing them at the heart of decision-making. Staff understand each person's needs well and support them to achieve meaningful outcomes through activities tailored to their individual preferences.

The service operates policies and systems that support people to have maximum choice and control over their lives, with staff supporting them in the least restrictive way possible. People are supported to engage in activities that are meaningful to them, with staff understanding how to support individual wellbeing.
