Blackburn Road

Pathways (North West) Limited – Blackburn Road provides accommodation and personal care for up to seven people with a mental health diagnosis. Seven residents were living in the service at the time of inspection. Staff are referred to as life skills trainers, reflecting the home's rehabilitation-focused approach to supporting people.

The service did not have a registered manager in place at the time of inspection, though a new manager had recently been appointed. This meant the home was not fully compliant with registration requirements during this period.
