The Tidings

The Tidings is a detached residential care home supporting up to two people with learning disabilities and/or autism. At inspection, two people were living there.

Relatives spoke positively about the service, describing it as a happy, homely environment where staff deliver on their promises. One family member noted, "It's a kind place" where staff "do what they're supposed to do." Families felt confident their relatives received safe care in clean, comfortable surroundings. Staff had completed safeguarding training and understood their responsibilities for reporting concerns.
