The Tidings

The Tidings is a detached residential care home supporting up to two people with learning disabilities and/or autism. At inspection, two people were living there.

Relatives spoke positively about the service, describing it as a happy, homely environment where staff deliver on their promises. One family member noted, "It's a kind place" where staff "do what they're supposed to do. " Families felt confident their relatives received safe care in clean, comfortable surroundings.

Staff had completed safeguarding training and understood their responsibilities for reporting concerns.
