The Tager Centre

The Tager Centre is a care home for up to 16 people with learning disabilities, with a specialist focus on supporting those on the autistic spectrum. The home is divided into four wings, each housing four residents in en-suite bedrooms with shared lounge, dining and kitchen areas.

The service is exceptionally responsive to residents' aspirations and lifestyle choices, demonstrating flexibility in adapting to their changing, diverse and complex needs. Staff readily work to meet individual preferences, creating a care environment that prioritises person-centred support and demonstrates outstanding commitment to understanding and accommodating each resident's requirements.
