Staff followed PPE and social distancing guidance, and the home established isolation rooms for new admissions and infected residents, with restricted staff movement in these areas. A bubble system grouped residents into units of four, with photographs displayed to help maintain minimal contact. Vulnerable staff members received risk assessments, and those unable to work safely were supported through a furlough scheme. The provider also shared pictures and videos of activities with residents' families.
