The Sands Meadows

The Sands Meadows provides accommodation and personal care for 23 people living with dementia in an adapted residential building. Staff are kind and caring, ensuring people receive safe care and are protected from harm while maintaining their safety and wellbeing. Medicines are administered safely by trained staff whose competencies are regularly checked by managers. Bedrooms are personalised to reflect residents' individual tastes and preferences.

Relatives feel confident their loved ones are safe and praise the friendly, caring attitudes of both staff and managers. People's rights are protected and their equality and diversity needs are respected. The management team is approachable and well-regarded by both residents and relatives. The provider and managers maintain effective oversight of care quality and record-keeping, enabling the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care throughout the home.
