The home maintains high standards of cleanliness, with increased cleaning hours introduced since the pandemic began and cleaning staff now working seven days a week. Staff receive guidance and training on safe working practices, and infection prevention and control plans are in place for self-isolation procedures.

Both staff and residents have been tested for COVID-19 in accordance with national guidance.
