The Retreat

The Retreat accommodates up to 14 people with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and/or dementia, with 13 residents living there at the time of inspection. The home maintains high standards of cleanliness, with increased cleaning hours introduced since the pandemic began and cleaning staff now working seven days a week. Staff receive guidance and training on safe working practices, and infection prevention and control plans are in place for self-isolation procedures. Both staff and residents have been tested for COVID-19 in accordance with national guidance.
