The Old Vicarage provides accommodation and personal care for people with a learning disability and autistic people. Inspectors found the service performing exceptionally well, with staff who knew people's needs in depth and used this understanding to deliver truly person-centred, safe care.

People's independence and life goals were regularly reviewed to support meaningful lives, and a wide range of activities helped maintain family relationships. Relatives spoke very highly of the care provided, and robust quality monitoring systems ensured a coordinated team approach that achieved excellent outcomes for residents.
