The Old Vicarage Care Home

The Old Vicarage Care Home is registered to provide personal care and support for up to 41 people, some of whom may be living with dementia, and was supporting 27 people at the time of assessment. The CQC found the service was performing well, with enough staff in place to keep people safe and processes to protect them from avoidable harm.

Inspectors found care was person-centred, promoting dignity, privacy and choice. People said they felt safe and well looked after, and relatives praised the kindness and compassion of staff, describing the home as welcoming and warm.
