The Mount

The Mount provides personal care to 18 people aged 18 and over with learning disabilities and autism. The service operates from one large adapted house and two separate adapted bungalows, with capacity for up to 19 residents. Although the service is larger than recommended by best practice guidance, inspectors rated it good because people received person-centred care that significantly increased their independence. Staff follow principles and values that support individualised, community-focused approaches to care.
