The Mews is a residential care home in Warrington, providing personal care for older people, including some living with dementia. The findings below set out the CQC's most recent observations.

Heathside Mews accommodates up to 25 people who require personal care, including some living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 17 residents were in residence. Staff demonstrated good infection prevention and control practices, consistently wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and following established procedures.

The team received specific training to support these practices.

The home's environment was clean and hygienic throughout, with enhanced cleaning schedules in place and regular audits conducted to maintain safety and standards. These measures ensured the premises remained well-maintained and safe for residents.
