The Meadow

The Meadow provides personal care to up to 40 older adults, most living with dementia. At inspection, 39 people were using the service, accommodated in one adapted building.

The home was very responsive to people's needs, with staff demonstrating passion for providing quality care. People received a range of stimulating activities supporting both physical and mental health. The service prioritised people's wellbeing and respected their end of life wishes.
