The Langston

The Langston provides personal and nursing care for younger adults and people aged 65 and over, some living with dementia. The service accommodates up to 36 people, with 33 residents at the time of inspection.

People were safe and supported by staff who understood how to protect them from harm. Individual risks had been assessed and recorded, and there were sufficient staff to meet people's needs. Medicines were managed safely, with people receiving prescribed medication as intended.

Staff were caring and respectful, ensuring people were involved in decisions about their support. Residents were able to develop positive working relationships with staff members.
