Newlands Nursing Care Centre

Newlands Nursing Care Centre provides accommodation and nursing care to up to 25 older people, with 13 residents at the time of inspection. The service also offers personal care and nursing support to three people living in their own homes on the grounds. Residents and their relatives reported feeling safe, with staff responding promptly to their needs. Staff had received safeguarding training and understood how to protect people from harm.

Nursing staff worked closely with external healthcare professionals to ensure timely and appropriate care. Each resident had detailed, personalised care plans that management actively reviewed and updated to reflect changing needs.
