Residents and their relatives reported feeling safe, with staff responding promptly to their needs.

Staff had received safeguarding training and understood how to protect people from harm.

Nursing staff worked closely with external healthcare professionals to ensure timely and appropriate care. Each resident had detailed, personalised care plans that management actively reviewed and updated to reflect changing needs.
