The CQC rated the home Good overall, finding that a previous breach around safe care and treatment had been resolved, with risks now well managed and reviewed regularly.

Inspectors found staff knew people well, worked as a strong team and felt supported and valued. Some gaps remained, including capacity assessment records and medicine administration for eye drops and patches. Relatives felt reassured about safety and kindness shown by staff, though views on the variety of activities were mixed, with improvements said to be underway.
