The Horizon

The Horizon is a residential care home providing accommodation and personal care for people living with mental health conditions. The home accommodates up to eight residents in one adapted building.

Residents reported feeling safe and happy at the home. Safeguarding processes were in place to protect people from abuse, and risks associated with people's support needs had been assessed with detailed guidance provided to staff. The service maintained good infection control standards and cleanliness throughout the building.
