The Grove

The service provides accommodation and personal care support for up to eight adults with mental health needs, with seven people using the service at the time of inspection. A registered manager is in post.

Medicines are now being managed safely following previous concerns. Staff demonstrate a commitment to supporting residents effectively, with the service maintaining high standards of care and support across all areas of operation.
