Infection prevention and control measures have greatly improved since the previous inspection. Staff wear appropriate PPE and dispose of used equipment safely, and visitors are screened for COVID-19. The safety and cleanliness of the environment have been enhanced.

People report feeling safe and well cared for. Care plans contain detailed, person-centred information that enables staff to support them appropriately, with risk assessments implemented to guide their care.
