The Elms

The Elms provides residential care without nursing for up to 22 older people, with 20 single and one shared bedroom. Risks to residents' health, safety and wellbeing are assessed and managed through tailored support plans. Staff have received training on safeguarding and demonstrate confidence in raising concerns to protect people from abuse. The home implements thorough recruitment checks to ensure staff safety, alongside regular training, supervision and support for the care team. Care plans are informative and guide staff to provide consistent support that meets people's individual needs and preferences. Residents have access to other healthcare professionals when required, and their health needs are met through the care provided.
