Manor Community Care Home provides personal care for up to 10 people with mental health needs, some of whom may also have a learning disability. The registered manager and staff are committed to delivering individualized support, going to great lengths to meet people's needs and wishes. Inspectors observed numerous examples of staff going above and beyond for residents, demonstrating a genuine understanding of each person's circumstances and preferences. People receive good care and support in a service that is well led.
