The Donnington Care Home

This care home provides personal and nursing care for up to 40 adults across two floors with individual bedrooms, ensuite toilets, and shared bathing facilities. Communal areas include lounge rooms and a dining room. At inspection, 25 people were living at the service supported by 35 staff.

People, relatives, and community-based professionals confirmed that care was safe. Risk assessments were improved to contain information supporting people appropriately, with enhanced oversight by the registered manager and deputy manager ensuring risks were properly identified and mitigated. People were protected from abuse and neglect.
