Falkland Grange Care Home

Falkland Grange Care Home provides residential personal and nursing care for up to 64 people, including older adults and younger people with dementia. The purpose-built home accommodates 52 residents across two floors with individual en-suite rooms. Spacious communal areas include dining rooms, lounges, a fitness studio, cinema, coffee bistro, and hairdressing salon to encourage social interaction.

Staff understand their responsibilities for raising and recording safety incidents, concerns, and near misses.
