The service had implemented increased testing protocols for residents, staff, and essential visitors, including both rapid on-site testing and laboratory swabs. The manager and team had also converted a bedroom into a specialized visiting pod with external access to facilitate safe visits. With 53 staff members, the service provides both personal and nursing care to its residents.
