The Chiltern Centre is a respite and day service providing accommodation and personal care for up to four adults with physical and learning disabilities. Support ranges from a few hours a day to longer periods, with two people using the service at the time of inspection and 26 registered for respite support.

Staff demonstrated knowledge of safeguarding procedures and how to report concerns about harm and abuse. Staffing levels were sufficient to meet people's needs, and medicines were managed safely. People received support in line with their individualised care plans, with risks effectively managed and regularly reviewed.
