22 Woodlands Road provides accommodation and personal care for up to three younger adults with learning disabilities and/or autism. The home features communal lounges, a dining room, and bedrooms spread across two floors. At inspection, the service was supporting three people.

Staff supported residents to have maximum choice and control of their lives in the least restrictive ways possible. However, inspectors found that care plans did not always contain correct or up-to-date information, with some details missing entirely. A recommendation was made regarding capacity assessments and record-keeping. Despite these documentation issues, staff and relatives confirmed that staff knew people well and understood their needs.
