The Chace Rest Home brings a warm and homely feel to residential care in Worcestershire, offering families a reassuring place to turn when a loved one needs extra support. The team here understands how important it is to feel at ease with where someone you care about will be living, and that commitment to genuine, attentive care runs through everything they do.

The Chace Rest Home provides residential care and accommodation for up to 41 people, including those with dementia. At the time of inspection, 38 people were living at the service.

People received person-centred support that achieved good outcomes. However, the home's systems for reviewing care quality and ensuring effective governance were not always driving improvements. The newly registered manager recognised areas requiring further development and was actively working to strengthen quality assurance processes.
