Inspectors found risks were well managed, the environment clean and welcoming, and staff kind, respectful and well trained, with appropriate staffing levels and robust recruitment practices.

People and relatives praised the approachable manager and warm, family-like atmosphere, with good access to healthcare and enjoyable mealtimes and activities. Some relatives felt the visitor sign-in process could be more secure and confidential, and a few wanted greater involvement in care plan reviews, but these were minor points within an otherwise positive assessment.
