The Bill House

During inspection, concerns around medicines management were identified, including gaps in the manager's awareness of staffing requirements for night-time medication administration and understanding of safeguarding notification procedures. These matters were clarified during the visit.

Despite these issues, the home provided a safe and caring environment. Residents spoke positively about their experience, with one person expressing happiness at living there and praising the kindness of staff. Risk assessments were in place and appropriate actions were being taken to mitigate identified risks.
