This residential care home provides accommodation and support for up to six people with mental health needs and/or learning disabilities across two floors in a residential house in Streatham. At inspection, five people were living there, with one receiving personal care support. The provider was in the process of transitioning their record-keeping to an electronic system, which meant records were not always easily accessible during the inspection period.
