La Rosa Residential Care Home

La Rosa Residential provides accommodation and personal care for up to seven mostly older males with mental health needs, with some residents also living with dementia. At inspection, the service was supporting six people in one adapted building.

Inspectors found that some aspects of the service were not consistently safe or well-managed, placing residents at unnecessary risk of harm. The provider's oversight and scrutiny systems were not operated effectively, with examples identified during the inspection of failings in how the service managed its responsibilities.
