Rosenmanor 1

Rosenmanor 1 provides accommodation and personal care for up to 9 women with mental health care needs, all aged 50 and over. The service operates from one adapted building.

At inspection, inspectors found that people were not suitably protected from harm because risks were not always properly assessed and managed. Staff lacked sufficiently detailed guidance to help keep residents safe. While the provider had established governance and monitoring systems, these were not always effective in ensuring consistent safeguarding practices across the home.
