North Lodge Care Home is a residential care home accommodating up to 21 older people and those living with dementia in a large converted property spread across two floors, with a stair lift for accessibility. At the time of inspection, 18 people were residing there.

Residents reported feeling safe at the home and described staff as kind and caring. The service had made significant improvements, with risks to residents now properly identified and assessed, and action taken to mitigate these risks. Nationally recognised assessment tools are now being used to evaluate residents' needs and ensure appropriate care provision.
