Templemore Care Home

Templemore Care Home provides personal care for up to 65 older people living with dementia, with 51 people in residence at the time of assessment. This was a focused check on previous enforcement action, and the CQC found the provider was no longer in breach of regulation, though the overall rating remains Requires Improvement.

Inspectors found a positive, well-led culture under a committed registered manager, with strengthened safeguarding, risk management and medicines storage. Staff were trained, safely recruited and supported. Some gaps remained in monitoring records, such as tracking as-required medicines and falls sensor checks, though these had no impact on people's wellbeing.

People and relatives said they felt safe and well cared for.
