Templemore Care Home

Templemore Care Home provides personal and nursing care for up to 65 older people, younger adults, or people with dementia. At inspection, the service was supporting 59 people across three units within one adapted building, with people placed in the unit best suited to their individual needs.

People were cared for safely, with identified risks to health and wellbeing managed through appropriate mitigation plans. The environment was clean and well-maintained. Staff understood how to protect people from harm and had been recruited safely. Medicines were managed effectively and administered on time.
