This 36-bed care home supports people living with dementia across three floors, with communal lounges, dining areas, and ensuite bedrooms. At inspection, 31 residents were living at the home. People have access to outdoor spaces and additional communal bathroom facilities throughout the building.

However, inspectors found significant concerns with how the home managed risks to residents' health and welfare. Known risks were not always managed safely, and the home's quality assurance systems lacked effective oversight to identify problems. Records required to manage risks were not always completed or kept up to date, meaning staff did not have the information needed to support people safely. Similar issues had been identified at other homes run by the same provider, but there was limited evidence that lessons had been learned.
