Medicine administration was unsafe, with stocks not properly monitored, leaving some people without adequate supplies.
Diabetes care was inconsistent, and staff lacked sufficient information to recognise blood sugar-related risks. Manager oversight of medicine records had not been safely maintained. People had not been adequately supported to drink enough throughout the day.
