Swansea Terrace accommodates up to 44 people in single bedrooms with partial ensuite facilities across ground and first floors, with communal areas and outdoor seating. At inspection, 36 people were resident in the home.

However, significant concerns were identified regarding safety. Assessed risks were not consistently managed, and alerts indicating missed repositioning support or insufficient fluid intake were not responded to. Medicine administration was unsafe, with stocks not properly monitored, leaving some people without adequate supplies. Diabetes care was inconsistent, and staff lacked sufficient information to recognise blood sugar-related risks. Manager oversight of medicine records had not been safely maintained. People had not been adequately supported to drink enough throughout the day.
