Swanborough House

Swanborough House provides care, accommodation and rehabilitation for people with acquired brain injuries. The service is registered for up to 41 people and had 31 residents at the time of inspection. Staff deliver personalised care tailored to individual needs and preferences, with enough staff available to provide necessary support.

People are protected from harm and abuse, with staff trained to identify and report concerns appropriately. Staff understand the specific risks associated with each resident's condition, using detailed risk assessments to guide their work and manage both individual and environmental hazards. Residents receive their medicines safely and on schedule.
