At inspection, 35 people were using the service. Well-trained staff who knew people's needs well protected them from harm and abuse, with risks properly assessed and managed.

The home maintained high standards of cleanliness and infection prevention control. People received their medicines safely and on time.

Staff supported people to have maximum choice and control over their lives, using the least restrictive approaches possible and acting in their best interests. Policies and systems throughout the service reflected these principles.
