Beechfields Nursing Home Limited

Beechfields Nursing Home provides nursing care to people living with dementia, physical disabilities and sensory impairments. Following enforcement action after a previous inspection, the CQC found some improvements had been made, though not all required conditions were fully met, and three breaches of regulation remained, mainly around medicines management and safeguarding referral processes.

Inspectors found people were treated kindly and involved in planning their care, with person-centred care plans and safe staff recruitment. The service is no longer rated inadequate or in special measures, but governance, quality checks and safety still require improvement.
