Step Up Support

Step Up Support provides short breaks for adults with learning disabilities in a four-bedroom house that accommodates three individuals for overnight stays. Staff provide sleep-in night time support, and at the time of inspection, 16 people were using the service. The service offers planned, person-centred support designed to enable people to live meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence.

Relatives expressed no safety concerns and made very positive comments about the support provided. One family member said the service was "absolutely fantastic," while another described it as "good." The feedback indicated strong satisfaction with how the service supports their family members.
