Jane House accommodates up to five people with learning disabilities. During inspection, the home demonstrated strong infection prevention and control practices. Visitors completed COVID-19 screening forms, washed their hands, wore facemasks, and had their temperature checked upon arrival.

Staff verified visitor vaccination status or exemption evidence. The home maintained a clean, well-ventilated environment with prominent signage explaining infection control standards. Staff wore appropriate personal protective equipment, and people and staff received regular COVID-19 tests.

Accessible information about COVID-19 safety was provided to residents. The service had robust infection control auditing systems and supported people in maintaining contact with family and friends throughout the pandemic.
