Starr Hills

Starr Hills is owned by Methodist Homes and provides personal care to older people across two floors. All 36 registered bedrooms are single with en-suite facilities, and the home features a passenger lift, ramps at entry and exit points, and an enclosed front garden. At the time of inspection, 32 people were living at the service.

The provider maintains dedicated staff to ensure people are admitted safely and receive ongoing support in accordance with national guidance. Infection prevention and control policies and procedures are regularly reviewed, with safe processes in place and appropriate action taken to maintain standards.
